I own a boutique. Can I place a wholesale order?
We have so many plans and ideas on how we'd like to grow in the coming years, and wholesaling is definitely in our future. At the moment, however, we're not taking on wholesale orders. We'll let you know when we do!

Where are your clothes manufactured?
All of our clothing & accessories are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia.

Do you offer shipping internationally?
No. At this time, we only offer shipping within Malaysia.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email or text message (SMS) after your order is placed with your order details.

I received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?
We are really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email us at aanisinbali@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item indicating the defect or item received.

How can I pay for my order?
We only accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and PayPal.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes can be made if the item hasn't been shipped out. Please email us at aanisinbali@gmail.com.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for instructions.
