Return & Refund Policy

How to return?

Please reach us at aanisinbali@gmail.com and ship all returns to the address at the bottom of your consignment note.

Please note that you will need to bear the return shipping fee when returning items.

All returned items should be acknowledged by us, which helps us process your return quickly! Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

Please be advised that we only accept return & refund if the item is faulty/damage. All returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).

Please allow us 14 working days from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience.

We will not process incomplete returns, so please make sure that the item that you are returning is complete. If it is not complete, your refund will not be processed and your item(s) will be returned to you. Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new). You will be refunded the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.
